Suede sneakers can be the hardest sneakers to clean, but Reshoevn8r has you covered. There are a couple of different ways to care for your suede sneakers, but our favorite would be the Signature Kit or the Dry Suede Kit.  Today we want to walk you through the best way to take care of your favorite sneakers.

How To Use Signature Kit on Suede (water):

Step 1: Remove the laces and set them aside in a bowl of cleaning solution and let them soak.

Step 2: Take your adjustable Shoe Trees, adjust them to the size of your shoe and insert them in your sneakers. Our Shoe Trees allow you to get a better clean on your toe box by applying more pressure. They are also great to use when you aren’t wearing your sneakers to prevent creasing!

Step 3: Take our Drying Rack and Bowl combo and fill the bowl with water and two squirts of cleaning solution.

Step 4: Using our Soft Bristle Brush, dunk it in the solution and begin cleaning the uppers of the sneaker. When cleaning suede or nubuck, it's important to clean the shoe evenly to ensure that you don't leave watermarks when the shoe is dry. (If you experience bleeding, pat it dry with our microfiber towel and begin cleaning it with the Dry Suede Kit.)

Step 5: After using the Soft Bristle Brush on the uppers, then you can go over the uppers with the Medium Bristle Brush if there are deep, stubborn stains. If you end up using the Medium Bristle Brush be careful because you can damage the suede.

Step 6: Once the entire upper is cleaned, you can move onto the soles by using the Stiff Bristle Brush. The Stiff Bristle Brush is the best way to get the deep stains and grime out of the creases of the soles.

Step 7: Pat the sneaker down until any excess water is gone. Let air dry. (To reset the nap of the suede, you can use our Dry Suede Kit or our Brass Bristle Brush.)

How To Use Dry Suede Kit on Suede (Dry):

Step 1: Just like every other cleaning, remove the laces from your sneaker.

Step 3: Use the brush from the Dry Suede Kit and wipe off any unwanted dirt/dust from the sneaker.

Step 4: Use the suede eraser to clean off any stains or dirt using light pressure.

Step 5: Dust off any eraser shavings from the shoe with the brush that comes with the Dry Suede Kit.

Step 6: Repeat steps 4 and 5 until you get the results you desire.

Step 7: If the Dry Suede Kit doesn’t get the deep stains out, head to our cleaning section with the Signature Kit!
