How to Whitelist All Email Communications from Reshoevn8r

If you’re like us, you want to make sure you aren’t missing out on ANYTHING.  I think kids these days call it FOMO?

Often the weekly emails we send out to you contain new, exciting, or important information that you can’t get anywhere else. 

We want to ensure that each and every one of you is able to partake in these wonderful emails so that you can stay up to date on all things sneakers, sneaker cleaning, and Reshoevn8r products. 

The problem is that some of you who’ve signed up for our emails aren’t receiving them in your inbox. Instead our emails to you are being sent straight to spam. 

That’s a no go…it makes it harder for you to find us, and harder to access the information we’re dying to share with you. 

Plus, if our emails are getting lost in your spam folder, you may miss out on exclusive sales and discounts on Reshoevn8r products that are reserved for those on our mailing list....

For that reason, we’re going to walk you through the process of Whitelisting email communications from Reshoevn8r. 

While it might sound scary or complex, in actuality the Whitelisting process is simple, and will only take a minute or two of your time. 

What is Whitelisting?

Whitelisting is the process of telling your email provider that the sender (in this case, Reshoevn8r) is important…that you know them, and want to receive their emails. 

By going through the Whitelisitng process, you’re telling your email provider that you trust Reshoevn8r, and thus the provider will start sending the emails directly to your inbox, rather than the dreaded spam folder. 

How To Guide:

Because the process is slightly different for each email domain, scroll below to find the one that you use, and follow the instructions to ensure you’re receiving all of our emails to your inbox!

Apple

Open an email from Reshoevn8r and click the drop down menu underneath the sender information.. From there, click Create New Contact, and save Reshoevn8r as a contact. This will tell Apple that you want Reshoevn8r emails to show in your inbox instead of a spam folder. 

Gmail (App)

Open an email from Reshoevn8r and tap the Reshoevn8r picture that shows up before the message. Then hit the Add to contacts button. 

Gmail (Web)

The first step is to open an email from Reshoevn8r. Click on the profile picture above the email body, and then click the Add to contacts button. 

From there, click the gear icon in the top right corner, and hit See all settings to access the Gmail settings. Choose Filters and Blocked Addresses from the menu and click Create a New Filter.

Enter the Reshoevn8r email address in the From box, and click Create Filter.

Then, check the box that says Never send it to Spam, and click Create Filter. 

Outlook.com

Open an email from Reshoevn8r and click the three buttons on the right. Then click Add to Safe Senders.

Outlook 365

Open an email from Reshoevn8r and hit the Home tab, followed by Junk, Never Block Sender, or Never Block Sender’s Domain. 

Outlook (App)

After opening an email from Reshoevn8r, click the three buttons in the top right corner, and then select Not Junk. 

Windows Live Desktop

In Windows Live Desktop when you open a spam message from Reshoevn8r, you’ll receive an alert that says “Some Images in this message are not shown.” From there, choose Add to Safe Senders list. 

Yahoo Mail

Find an email from Reshoevn8r and open it. Next to the From information, you should see a plus symbol. Click that and then click Add to contacts. Then hit Save. 

AOL Mail

After opening an email from Reshoevn8r, click the Reshoevn8r name and choose Add Contact. 

MSN

Open the settings and hit Junk E-Mail Guard. Click the Safe list, and then add the Reshoevn8r email address. 

Thunderbird

Right click on the email from Reshoevn8r and choose Mark As Not Junk. Then open you address book and add Reshoevn8r as a New Card, with the Reshoevn8r email address.
