Cleaning the Air Jordan 1 A Ma Maniere 

The Air Jordan 1 comes in so many different colors, textures, materials, and styles. Finding the right tools to clean your favorite pair of Jordan 1s can be hard. 

Luckily Jonny Bubbles is here to help…and make it easy to keep your Jordan 1s looking pristine at all times. 

And today he’s working with a special pair, the A Ma Maniere Jordan 1s. These feature some interesting cracked leather and snakeskin accents, so we’re not sure how these will clean up.

Reshoevn8r Signature Shoe Cleaning Kit 

To clean up this pair of A Ma MAniere Jordan 1s, Jonny is going to rely on the Reshoevn8r Signature Shoe Cleaning Kit. This shoe cleaning kit has everything you’re going to need to clean your own Jordan 1 at home in just a few minutes.

Start by inserting the Adjustable Shoe Tree and pouring two squirts of Reshoevn8r Cleaning Solution into your bowl of water. Then grab the Soft Bristle Brush and start scrubbing down the upper of your shoe. Once the uppers are good and clean, use our Microfiber Towel to wipe off the excess suds and dirt, and then move on to the Medium Bristle Brush. 

Most of the time with a cracked leather like the one we have on the A Ma Maniere Jordan 1, we’d want to avoid getting it wet, but these guys had sustained too much damage, it was the only option left. 

Use the Medium Bristle Brush to clean the midsole, followed by the Stiff Bristle Brush for the outsole. They both cleaned up nicely in this case. 

The only thing left is the laces. Jonny dunked the laces straight into the bowl of water and Cleaning Solution, and scrubbed them together in his hands. Run them through the towel to dry, and you’re ready to lace your Air Jordan 1 back up. 

Cleaning the A Ma Maniere Jordan 1 Recap: 

• Clean the leather upper with the Soft Bristle Brush and Cleaning Solution
• Scrub the midsole with the Medium Bristle Brush and Cleaning Solution
• Attack the outsole with the Stiff Bristle Brush and Cleaning Solution
• Dip the laces in the Cleaning Solution and scrub vigorously between hands.
• Dry the laces and sneaker with the Microfiber Towel
• Rock your kicks
