Reshoevn8r’s Top 5 Nike Air Max 97’s of All-Time

Reshoevn8r’s Top 5 Nike Air Max 97’s of All-Time

As most members of the sneaker community know, March has been deemed as “Air Max Month”.  At Reshoevn8r, we LOVE all of the Air Max silhouettes and have a goal to create Air Max content all month. If you are looking for more Air Max content check out our other social media platforms. Our Youtube channel will feature Air Max video content all month long! However, we didn’t stop at restorations and Shoe Care Academy cleaning tutorials, we will be releasing a bonus video you won’t want to miss.

Along with all of the awesome content, we also released our extremely limited Air Max Signature Bundle. The Air Max Signature Bundle is a $110.00 value for only $85.00! Make sure you cop yours before they are all gone!

To show our gratitude to Air Max Month, we dedicated our blogs to our favorite Air Max silhouettes of all-time. Today we will be featuring the Nike Air Max 97’s that will include some hype collaborations along with some OG color-ways.

#5: Women’s Nike Air Max 97 LX Swarovski “Black”

Diamonds on me dancing! To start our rankings strong, we decided to go with one of the three color-ways that Nike and Swarovski collaborated on. The other two color-ways they brought to life are silver and gold. If we had to put the perfect outfit together, this would be the shoe. This sneaker was released in 2017 for a retail price of $400. It is crazy to think about, but a women’s size 7 has about 55,000 crystals on one sneaker. If you like to show out anywhere you go, this is a must cop for the summer!

#4: Nike Air Max 97 “Shanghai Kaleidoscope”

At number 4 we are taking our list over the pond. Similar to the Sean Wotherspoon Air Max 97/1, this color-way also was created through a contest. The designer of the sneaker, Cash Ru, of Shanghai wanted to show off the true colors of where he is from. The interesting part of this sneaker is the triple heel pull tag. With the vibrant colors that Ru included, it is hard for sneakerheads not to love this shoe.

#3: Undefeated x Nike Air Max 97 “White”

Back in 2017, Nike and Undefeated collaborated on the Nike Air Max 97 for the first time. They released a black and white color-way that reminds a lot of people of the Italian flag or Gucci. This color-way has not been created on many other sneakers, so this one stands out to us!

#2: Off-White x Nike Air Max 97 “Serena”

Part of Virgil Abloh’s “Queen” collection featured the Nike Air Max 97 “Serena”. This sneaker was designed to celebrate the 50th U.S Open. This super extravagant color-way is one that is wanted by many in both the Air Max 97 and also the Blazer silhouette. There are two other color-ways that Virgil and Nike created, but this is the one you must add to your collection.

#1: Nike Air Max 97 “Silver Bullet”

Taking it back to where it all started in 1995 with the Nike Air Max 97 “Silver Bullet”. This was the first color-way on the 97 model and from there it took off! This sneaker was inspired by Japanese Silver Bullet trains. If you do not have any 97s in your collection, this is a great sneaker to cop!
